A Christmas resolution of mine was to accomplish nothing during the break. For much of break I was successful. However, here's a few things (in list format) of happenings from this latest of holidays.

-Spending time with family. Ah the simple joys of having everybody together...for the second time in forever.

-Spending much time in Alpine, thus increasing my vernacular. It was, as they say, a Christmas miracle.

-Discovering that I am the author of an unintentional book. It's beautiful. I feel way more official than I am.

-Learning to drive stick.

-Getting classes aligned and then discovering that, because of a slick maneuver from last semester, tuition is already paid for. Glorious!

-General happiness and life being good.

So am I excited for school to start and break to end? Yes and no. I could do with another break on top of that. But yes because I have a feeling this is going to be a great semester. At least that's how the break shaped things up to be.
